Elisa Iorio, a proud representative of artistic gymnastics from Modena, has chosen to tattoo the five Olympic circles after winning the silver medal at the Paris 2024 Olympics. Elisa has decided to rely on Alessandro Bonacorsi in art "Alle Tattoo", a well-known local tattoo artist, influencer and Guinness Man, to celebrate this extraordinary milestone. Born in 2003, Iorio boasts an impressive record: besides silver at the Paris Olympics (where she competed with an injured ankle), she won gold for teams and bronze on the beam at the 2018 European Junior Championships in Glasgow, a bronze at the World Cup in Belgium in 2023, which guaranteed her an Olympic qualification and in 2024 she added two medals at the European Championships in Rimini. On 19 October, both she and her boyfriend, Yumin Abbadini, another talent of Italian gymnastics, decided to immortalize their success with the Olympic circles, now indelible on their skin thanks to the skill of Alle Tattoo. To make this moment even more special, Elisa has donated an autographed souvenir of her Olympic experience to the MAT75 Art Tattoo Museum, where, as per tradition, each athlete leaves a mark that will be proudly displayed.
Little curiosity: Yumin and Elisa are respectively the Olympic athletes n. 238 and 239 that he tattooed.
